This retreat is designed for people who are ready to pause from routine, step away from mental noise, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
Set in Rishikesh, surrounded by mountains, river energy, and the living tradition of yoga,
Elemental Alchemy brings together daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, healing practices, nourishing vegetarian food, and carefully curated experiences.
It is not a packed holiday.
It is not a strict spiritual program.
It is a thoughtfully held retreat where you can slow down, reset, and return home with more clarity, steadiness, and connection.
Rishikesh is known around the world as one of the most important places for yoga. But beyond the title, what makes it special is the atmosphere.
For this retreat, Rishikesh becomes the perfect setting to explore the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Not as abstract ideas, but as qualities you can feel in your body, breath, emotions, and choices.

Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a soulful retreat set in the birthplace of yoga - Rishikesh. Elemental Alchemy with Yoga is a curated 7-day experience that blends traditional practices with meaningful rituals, healing therapies, and inner exploration.
Through this elemental immersion, you’ll begin to notice where you feel steady, where you feel stuck, where you need courage, where you need softness, and where you need more space. This is the heart of the retreat: not to become someone else, but to come back into balance with yourself.
You’ll move, breathe, reflect, and reconnect all while being gently guided by the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.
You’ll be served nourishing vegetarian meals throughout the retreat, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included every day with an exception for 2 days, where lunch and dinner are left open so you have the freedom to explore Rishikesh’s local cafés, flavours, and culture. If you’d rather have meals arranged for those days too, we’ll be happy to organise them for an additional charge.
NOTE: You do not need to be an advanced yoga practitioner. You only need openness, curiosity, and a willingness to immerse yourself in this journey.
Your stay includes:
A calm retreat setting where shared experiences and personal reflection can naturally coexist.
Yogic Route

For working professionals, yoga practitioners, and first-time India travellers seeking a deeper reset.
This retreat is created for people who feel called to experience yoga closer to its roots but want to do it in a guided, thoughtful, and supportive way.
It’s for you if you’ve been feeling:
Through the five elements you’ll explore what you need most right now -
Adults aged 18 and above are welcome to join. This retreat is open for both men and women.
If you’d like to explore more of India before or after the retreat, we can connect you with trusted travel partners who can help you plan your journey with ease.

Many retreats offer yoga, food, and sightseeing. The five elements give the retreat a structure so each day has a purpose, a feeling, and a takeaway. You won’t just attend classes.
You’ll explore what grounding means for you.
You’ll notice where emotions need movement.
You’ll reconnect with strength and courage.
You’ll use breath to create lightness.
You’ll make space for clarity.
That is what makes this retreat different: it is not just about where you go, it is about what shifts within you while you are there.
I’m not creating this retreat because Rishikesh is a beautiful place to practise yoga. I’m creating it because Rishikesh met me at a time when I was standing at an important turning point in my own life.
I was in a phase where I could feel that something needed to change. Professionally, I was questioning what growth really meant for me. Personally, I was learning to understand my patterns , where I was holding on too tightly, where I was overthinking, where I was confusing stability with staying stuck.
When I went to Rishikesh, I didn’t find one dramatic answer. What I found was space, space to breathe, to reflect, to listen to myself without the usual noise of work, responsibilities, and expectations.
That experience stayed with me because it helped me realise that yoga is not only about becoming flexible or strong. Yoga is also about becoming honest with yourself. It helps you notice what is supporting you, what is draining you, what needs to shift, and where you need to create more room for yourself.
That’s why I created this retreat. Not as a religious journey. Not as a strict spiritual program. But as a deeply held yoga and wellness experience for people who are at a point in life where they need to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
