More than a holiday. A reset for your body and mind.

 Yogic Route retreats are designed for people who live busy lives and want something real — not just yoga classes in a pretty place. Expect a grounded blend of movement, breathwork, stillness, and meaningful experiences that help you return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected. 


What you can Expect:


  • Daily yoga (beginner-friendly with options to progress)
  • Breathwork + meditation you can actually take into daily life
  • Sattvic-inspired or nourishing meals (depending on location)
  • Rest & integration (quiet time matters — we protect it)
  • A curated local experience (nature / culture / spiritual sites)


A DAY ON RETREAT (SAMPLE SCHEDULE) 

Exact schedule depends on location — but the rhythm looks like this:

  • Morning: Meditation + pranayama
  • Morning movement: Hatha / Vinyasa (options provided)
  • Brunch: Nourishing meals + mindful pace
  • Midday: Rest, journaling, optional 1:1 sessions / massage / nature time
  • Evening practice: Yin / restorative + Yog Nidra
  • Night: Quiet wind-down (we protect sleep)


 You’ll never be forced into anything. Retreat should feel safe and supportive.

These retreats are for you if - 

  • You want to feel calm, strong, and present — not just “productive”
  • You’re new to yoga, or returning after a long break (options are always offered)
  • You want guided structure, but also space to breathe and be
  • You’re open to meaningful practices without needing a “perfect yogi” lifestyle



Who it may not be for:
If you want a party itinerary or constant social activity, this may feel too quiet — we intentionally prioritize rest, reflection, and real recovery.

Your facilitator

Hi, I’m Ruchi, the founder of Yogic Route. I teach yoga as a practical path: to steady the mind, strengthen the body, and create space inside your life. My retreats are built for real humans — with real schedules, real stress, and real needs.


If you’ve been craving a reset that feels authentic (not performative), you’re in the right place.  

If you’re joining solo — you’ll feel welcomed. Many people do.

We’re curating locations for 2026–2027 across India and Europe, including shorter weekend formats closer to Luxembourg.
